Conditions We offer same day shipping! There are serveral methods of shipping that we offer at Karaokesky.com (UPS Ground & UPS 3 Day DO NOT apply for Hawaii & Alaska) USPS Flat Rate: 5 to 7 business days. UPS Ground (WEST COAST): 2 to 3 business days. UPS Ground (EAST COAST): 4 to 6 business days. UPS 3 DAY: 3 business days. UPS 2ND DAY: 2 business days. UPS NEXT DAY: Next business days. *Shipping days does NOT count weekends and holidays *All UPS shippings include insurance. Insurance for USPS shipping is available as requested. *Most orders place before 11:00AM PST (business day ONLY) will be shipped out the same day. All other orders require 1 business day to process. *UPS 2ND DAY AIR for Hawaii & Alaska only, but not guaranteed. Shipping Cost: All orders over $79 are eligible for FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING within Continental United States. International: We do ships anywhere around the world by UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL Please email us for shipping quote. Copy of your ID and your credit card is a must, fax or scan it to us in order to prove you are the cardholder. We can't guarantee the shipping date for all International orders due to shipping methods/out-of-country delivery/custom/etc. About Sales Tax and Duty: The Sales Tax for California residents will be 8.00%. Shipping to other states other than California will NOT be charged sales tax. California Resellers Please call us at 1-866-957-5566, then fax over your reseller permit and we will remove all tax from your order. Canada / Other countries We are not responsible for any possible sale tax or duty that you might have to pay. Please check with your custom office in your country. About Change of Order / Cancellation: To CANCEL your order, please contact us by PHONE BEFORE 11AM PST. We DO NOT cancel orders via EMAIL OR INSTANT MESSAGING due to the potential for miscommunication. You may request cancel or change to your order if the order has not already been charged/shipped. Please call us at 1-866-957-5566 during Karaokesky.com's hours of operation to request a cancel or change to your order. Please have your sales order number ready for better assistance. We STRONGLY discourage sending cancel or change order requests via EMAIL & VOICE MAIL because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to make an adjustment due to the large volume of emails/voicemails we receive each day. For domestic shipping, even though most of orders after 2PM will be shipped out next business day, they are still might be shipped out on the same day. If you want to cancel your order, please call us immediately at 1-866-957-5566. If orders were shipped, please follow the return instruction. About Return Policy Non-Defective Machines, Microphones and Other Hardware We will gladly issue a refund within 14 days of your receipt less handling & shipping fee. Please contact our return department for RMA#. Customers will bear all shipping costs for the return of non-defective hardware. If you received free shipping on your order, you will be charged for shipping fee at $7 + $1 per pound. All non-defective returns will be charged 15% restocking fee per industry standard. If you received free shipping, we will assess the shipping charges additionally. Exchange
Defective Hardware. Please examine your
package immediately upon receipt. Please
send back the defected item within 14 days
of receipt, if we determined the problem is
due to manufacturer defect, Karaokesky will
reimburse your shipping cost up to $25.
Please contact our technical/return
department for Return Authorization number
(RAM#) and for technical troubleshooting. We
will reship you a new unit once we receive
your merchandise. Merchandise initially
returned as defective, whose defect cannot
be verified, damaged due to human error, or
intentional destruction will incur a minimum
15% restock charge as well as any related
shipping costs. |
