RMA Policy:

Please examine your package immediately and try out their products as soon as it arrives. If there is a problem, please contact us at 1-866-957-5566 or email us at support@karaokesky.com within 14 days of delivery.

Customer may return the product back to us for a refund/exchange within 14 days of receipt. All returns/exchange products must be all complete and in original packaging with all accessories that come with it (such as cable, remote, manual, etc...). Customer is responsible for shipping the merchandise back to us.

A Valid RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required upon returning the item and must be written or type in front of the box/label. Failure to do so will delay the process of your refund/exchange.

We are not responsible for any inbound package that is lost-en-route or receives damage. We recommend that you insured your shipping when you return the package back to us.

1. Defective Product
All defective products will be exchanged with the same model with 14 days of receipt, if we determined the problem is due to manufacturer defect, Karaokesky will reimburse your shipping cost up to $25. Please contact our technical/return department for RMA number (RMA#) and for technical troubleshooting. We will reship you a new unit once we receive your merchandise. If you¡¯re defective products turn out to be sold out or discontinued, our customer service will contact you if there is any upgrade model available.

2. Non-Defective Product
All non-defective products may be return with a subject to a 15% restocking fee per industry standard. We will waive your restocking fee if you exchange to other products. However, you will need to ship the merchandise back to us at your cost.

3. D.O.A (Damage On Arrival) Product
If the package arrives in damage condition, you need to contact us immediately at 1-866-576-5566 within 24 hours of receipt. We will file the damage claim through our shipping courier. Do not throw the original/any boxes that come with it even though it is damage. You might need to show it to the courier when they come to pick up your damage package. We will arrange a pick up for the damage package and ship the new one out immediately to you.

4. Return for Credit
All return for credit will be issued once we receive the merchandise back. It may take us approximately 2 business days to process your credit. Please note that some financial institution/credit card bank may take up to 7 business days to process your credit and have it reflect to your next credit card statement. All sales tax will be refunded when return for credit.** shipping and Handling charges are not Refundable**

5. Return for Upgrade
Within 14 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with the machine and wish to upgrade, please contact our sales department. We will apply the full purchase price of your original purchase (excluding shipping and handling cost) toward the upgrade. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs relating to the upgrade. All returns MUST be in original condition, subject to approval.
